Unitret changes

Note on this file:

This file describes major changes in Unitret files since summer 2002 versions.
There have been ongoing changes during 1996-2002 period, which are not documented.
But since several people are now working with Unitret, 
I decided to start documenting all (well, most) modifications.

Added ability to add empty trials and single-unit trials to sorted (cl?) datafiles in unisplit.

Started to move general functions in Igtool toolbox - to be included with 
Unitret installation.
